Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

This policy describes how orders placed on elaralive.com are fulfilled and delivered. Elara Live is a brand of Vendari Inc., 1508 Bay Road, Suite 1101, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states and the District of Columbia) and to Canada.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in the United States and typically deliver within 7 to 10 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery to some rural areas, and to Canada, can take longer when carrier or customs processing adds time.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after placing your order, followed by tracking details once your order ships.

5. Orders to Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees assessed at the border. Any such charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@elaralive.com or +1 (718) 316-8226; we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

7. Lost, Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, arrives incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
