Shipping

Our standard ground shipping takes from 7 to 10 business days within the continental United States. Returns

To initiate a return, whether the product is opened or unopened, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be placed on the outside of your shipping package. The product must be returned to our fulfillment center at the address provided by customer service within thirty (30) days of the date you originally received it. For your refund to be processed, the returned product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within the 30-day return period. Once the product is received and verified by our fulfillment center, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, which may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
